Meet our owners, Linda Minichino & Danielle Ginnetti.
Two familiar faces with deep roots in New Haven and a friendship that goes back decades.
Linda spent 35 years with the New Haven Advocate, where she first met Danielle in the '90s while Danielle was helping shape New Haven's restaurant scene at BAR. Over the years, Danielle went on to be part of some of the city's most recognizable concepts, including 116 Crown and Meat & Co.
Years of friendship, experience, plenty of great meals, and a shared love for New Haven eventually led them here - to Between Bread.
Together, Linda & Danielle wanted to create a place that feels distinctly New Haven: great sandwiches, cocktails, familiar faces, and a space you'll want to come back to again and again.
Now the doors are open, and this is only the beginning.
